If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items that have already been shipped due to a change of mind or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your package is lost in transit or experiences an unusual delay, please reach out to our support team. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you're taken care of.
